Hello! I am a registered dietitian nutritionist based in the Seattle area and generally work in healthy aging. I truly believe in the healing power of food and using food as medicine. My “superpower” when it comes to nutrition is helping clients make sense of the science behind nutrition recommendations. My approach to nutrition is very food-focused – after all, we don’t eat specific nutrients, we eat foods that contain the nutrients we need. I find that most people know what they “should” eat
